Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Chair King reserves the right to modify pricing, specifications, or product details without prior notice.

Custom, corporate, or bulk orders may be quoted separately based on specifications and quantity.

Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed via website, phone, social media, or showroom visit.

Corporate and institutional orders may require formal quotation approval and written confirmation. Advance payment may be required for customized or large-scale orders.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment verification or official purchase order approval.

Chair King reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Policy

We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and location.

Large-scale corporate or government orders may require extended production time as agreed in writing.

Delivery charges may apply based on location and order quantity.

Customers are requested to inspect products at the time of delivery.

Chair King is not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

Warranty terms (if applicable) will be specified for individual products.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within the specified warranty period.

Returns & Replacement

Products may be eligible for replacement only in case of verified manufacturing defects.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless proven defective.

Returned products must remain unused and in original condition for inspection.

Chair King reserves the right to evaluate and approve all return or replacement requests.

Corporate & Government Orders

Corporate, institutional, and government orders are governed by mutually agreed quotations, tender documents, contracts, or purchase orders.

Custom specifications must be approved prior to production.

Production schedules and delivery timelines will follow written agreements.

Payment terms for bulk or government projects will follow signed contractual conditions.

Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, designs, product images, and written materials are the intellectual property of Chair King and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Chair King shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product concerned.

We do not sell, rent, or distribute customer data to third parties except where required by law.

Governing Law
