Refund & Returns Policy

At Chair King, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. As a manufacturer of durable corporate and institutional furniture, we maintain strict quality control standards. However, if any issue arises, the following policy will apply.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged during delivery (must be reported immediately)
  • The delivered item does not match the confirmed order specifications

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Bulk corporate or government supply orders (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or unauthorized repair

Inspection Process

All return or replacement requests are subject to inspection and verification by Chair King.

Our team may:

  • Request photos or videos of the issue
  • Conduct physical inspection if necessary
  • Review delivery documentation

Approval will be granted only after verification of the defect or issue.

Replacement Policy

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • The product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost
  • Replacement timeline will depend on stock availability or production schedule

Chair King reserves the right to repair the product instead of replacing it when appropriate.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product cannot be repaired or replaced
  • The order is canceled by Chair King due to unavailability
  • A written agreement specifies refund eligibility

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable business timeframe.

Delivery charges, installation charges, or transportation costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by Chair King.

Corporate & Government Orders

For corporate, institutional, or government supply orders:

  • Refund and return terms will follow the signed quotation, purchase order, or contractual agreement
  • Large-scale project-based orders are generally non-refundable unless contractual conditions state otherwise

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started for customized or bulk orders, cancellation may not be possible.
